This year Brimbank Youth Services is aiming to collect a minimum of 500 shoe boxes filled with gifts for disadvantaged young people in remote Indigenous communities.

Brimbank Youth Services staff and volunteers will be travelling to Robinvale and Swan Hill just before Christmas to deliver the gifts between 16 and 18 of December 2009.

The collection is organised by Kat Bordon at Brimbank Youth Services YMCA, Kim Watson from Victoria Police and Colleen Marion from the Western Indigenous Gather Place.
